About Our Philosophy
We all know the feeling that comes after you leave a voicemail message for your attorney and then wait hours, days, or even weeks before you get a response. At Forethought Law, if we are in the office and available, we will take your call. No call screening. If we are out of the office or with another client, we will return your call as soon as practically possible—usually, within an hour.
When you retain Forethought Law, you are paying for expert legal advice, not penthouse offices or a huge support staff of secretaries and assistants. Because of our competitive hourly rates, efficient workflow processes, and implementation of time-saving technology, Forethought Law is a market leader in providing both superior legal services and reasonable fees.
We want every client to feel like they are our only client. If you have a burning question or need a document prepared within a short period of time, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
There is nothing more frustrating than being shuffled from attorney to attorney as your matter evolves from transactional, to contested, to litigation—which usually ends up costing you more time and money. Forethought Law, on the other hand, is routinely in court, knows the local rules and customs, and can effectively represent you throughout your entire Trusts & Estates matter—whether that be planning, administration, or litigation.
We work hard to maintain the highest level of technical knowledge in the area of Trusts & Estates. We are constantly working to increase our core competencies and enrich our knowledge base. While the State Bar only requires twenty-five hours of continuing legal education every three years, at Forethought Law we consistently receive about four times this amount. On top of continuing legal education, Forethought Law regularly participates in informational seminars, studies recent court decisions, and writes articles on emerging issues. This allows us to provide you with the most current information and the most effective legal strategies.
